Help! I bought a product from ROQSTAR but can not download it.
No problem. Most of our products are downloadable in one file. However, larger files are splitted into smaller files for a faster and easier download. If you are experiencing troubles, you have 24 hours to download your product. If you have not been able to download your purchased product and still have troubles, simply use our contact form to get help. We make sure that you get what you have paid for as fast as possible.
Help! I downloaded the product but can not unpack it.
All of our products are compressed to RAR/ZIP files. This helps us to keep the files as small as possible and saves time for you to download the files. After you downloaded the files unpack them using on of these utilies: Rarzilla (PC), WinZip (PC), UnRarX (Mac) or the7zX utility (Mac)
If I buy sounds from ROQSTAR. Can I sell my productions?
Yes! When you buy sounds from ROQSTAR you automatically purchase the license to use samples for your own productions. All of the sounds offered on ROQSTAR Entertainment - no matter which manufacturer/producers - are subject to this regulation. Note that you don't own the sounds. You purchase the license to use the sounds in your released or unreleased commercial compositions. This license is non-transferable. Using an illegal copy of the product, you are not authorized to use the sounds. The original producer of the sounds will always remain the owner of the sounds.
How can I use the sounds?
You can use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your own composition. You can release these compositions commercially without paying any additional fees or royalties for such usage. Let's make an example. If you buy ROQSTAR Entertainment House Synth Loops Vol2 and simply combine a synth loop with drums and you used sound from it to create music for a television commercial, and the commercial was shown hundreds of times, you would still keep all royalties because you have purchased a non-transferable license to use the sounds commercially. You are not allowed to use the single sounds as part of a commercial project. This means that you can not use the sounds to create another sample/audio or multimedia library. Can I return a product?
No, this is not possible. Once you downloaded the product, you already got the digital data and are able to use it. Returning downloadable products therefore is not possible. Keep in mind that we check every single product before we release it because we want you to make great music and keep you happy.
Can I re-sell my purchased product on ebay etc.?
No, this is not possible. When you buy downloadable goods you are buying a licence with the right to use this product. Transfering this licence is not possible when not stated any other (i.e. Software).
Okay, I want to sell my stuff on ROQSTAR Entertainment?
