All downloadable products and free downloads on ROQSTAR Entertainment are covered by the license agreements from the relevant provider. By purchasing a downloadable product from ROQSTAR Entertainment you agree to the terms of the license. Please read through the relevant license agreement which you can find in the 'Downloads' section of each product. It is important to read through the relevant license agreement before using the product. If there is no License agreement attached to a certain product the product is 100% royalty-free like all other products. If you have any questions then please contact us.
Royalty-Free Sample Libraries. What does this mean?
All Sample Libraries we sell are Royalty-Free (if not stated any other). This means that you can use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your own composition. You can release these compositions commercially without paying any additional fees or royalties for such usage. Let's make an example. If you buy ROQSTAR Entertainment House Synth Loops Vol2 and simply combine a synth loop with drums and you used sound from it to create music for a television commercial, and the commercial was shown hundreds of times, you would still keep all royalties because you have purchased a non-transferable license to use the sounds commercially. You are not allowed to use the single sounds as part of a commercial project. This means that you can not use the sounds to create another sample/audio or multimedia library.
You can find more informations about the license of each producer/manufacturer in License Agreement next to each product. Again, all our products are Royalty-Free otherwise it has to be clearly stated in the description.
