1. Downloads
Roqstar Entertainment only offers legal downloads. All of our providers and manufacturers agree to only provide products that they own. Each provider can track their product sales. You receive full personalized licences and rights to use the content you purchase from ROQSTAR Entertainment. All providers and manufacturers will gladly confirm that we are an authorised digital retailer of their products.
2. Buying downloadable products
When you buy an instant downloadable product you will receive your personal download links. With these links you can transfer the data from our servers to your computer. All of our products are compressed to RAR/ZIP files. This helps us to keep the files as small as possible and saves time for you to download the files. After you downloaded the files unpack them using on of these utilies: Rarzilla (PC), WinZip (PC) or the7zX utility (Mac)
3. Download Links
After you paid your product you will immediately receive an email with your personal download links. By clicking these links it will take you back to our website where you can instantly download the files. The links are valid for 24 - 36 hours before they expire. They are also limited to five clicks per file. Your IP address will be tracked for security purposes. If you do not receive your download links in your email inbox then please contact us as soon as possible. We are glad to help you.
4. Download Tracking
An advanced tracking system allows us to track how many times you have downloaded the product and if a product has been partially or completely downloaded. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. Account Registration
You do not need to create an account in order to buy a product. However, it is recommended to create an account because it has many advantages. You can see your history or purchased products and do not need to type in your details every time you buy a product. When you choose to register a new account you will be asked for your name, email address, telephone and payment details. Make sure you provide a correct billing address. We are not responsible if you do not receive your download links due to submitting a wrong email address. You shall not share any relevant information of your personal account such as name, password, membership number etc. with other persons. ROQSTAR Entertainment will not be held responsible for any losses due to un-authorized use of your account by any third party. Make sure you keep your account login and password secure. You are solely responsible for use or misuse of your account wheter by you or any third party.
6. Payment and Charges
We accept payment from all major credit cards through Paypal or with you Paypal Account balance. When paying with credit card for the product(s) that you purchase through ROQSTAR Entertainment you agree that ROQSTAR Entertainment may charge your designated credit card for such payment. When paying with Paypal we suggest you to register for an account. You will not receive any download links until the full payment is received.
7. Refunds
Under the distance selling regulations you would usually have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to downloadable products, egoods and digital products, which can not be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded. Due to the nature of service refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances.
8. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. ROQSTAR Entertainment can cancel or suspend your account without notice at any time if ROQSTAR Entertainment believes that you have breached the provisions or terms of the agreement. You will remain liable for any payments owing to ROQSTAR Entertainment.
9. Indemnity and Waiver
By using our service you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROQSTAR Entertainment and its employees, licensors, content and technology providers and any parent or subsidiary company from any and all losses, claims, demands, causes of actions and judgements (including legal fees on an indemnity fees and court costs) which arise out of your breach of the Agreement or use of the service. You furthermore agree to not to seek to recover any damages or other payment from ROQSTAR Entertainment and its employees, licensors, content and technology providers and any parent or subsidiary company as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend the agreement and service.
10. Restrictions
You are not permitted to give your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of your account wheter by you or any third party.
You are not permitted to make copies of the products with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit to any other person (friends, family or anyone). You are authorized to use the purchased products for personal use only.
You may not upload products to any file sharing or torrent web sites. It is illegal and ROQSTAR Entertainment reserves the right to pass your details on to any provider or manufacturer that hold the copyright if we find out that you have shared, uploaded or offered products on file sharing sites. Legal actions will be taken to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law.
You can not resell the products and materials to any third party. Several software products allow you to transfer a license to a third party. If this is the case you need to check the terms and conditions of the license included with the software for further details.
11. Limitations of Liability
ROQSTAR Entertainment can not be held responsible for any loss incurred by you or a third party in connection with this website or the offered service including but not limited to loss or damage due viruses that effect computer equipment, software, data or other storage devices on account of your access to, use of, or browsing our websites or purchasing and downloading products and materials from our sites.

When sharing products providers can not provide any new products and they go bankrupt. We actively search for customers who share their files in the internet. All informations of file sharers will be brought to authorities directly in charge and will be prosecuted to the most possible by law.
